A: We would be interested in offering a free estimate to build any project with customer provided materials, however we have products available that are not available to the general public unless going through a professional company like ourselves. We would love the opportunity to go over our products with you prior to you investing in any materials. Some products though attractive by price are not worth the money paid for them. Some homeowners may feel they are saving money by providing their own materials, unfortunately more often than not they are settling for a lesser quality product and paying the same for labor to complete their project. |
Q: My neighbor already has a fence, how will that effect my fencing needs? A: In most cases we are able to abutt to the neighbors fence. We always recommend when using a neighbors fence as part of your own that you discuss the placement with them. |
Q: Will your company complete everything through foundation and framing, and let customer finish deck and railing? A: We would be happy to work with a home owner in a joint effort to complete their project. Our warranty would only apply to the work that was performed by our staff. In most cases Ace Fence and Deck pulls the building permit, in this situation, it would be required that the home owner obtains the permit. Due to the home owner finishing their project, they are responsible for the final inspection. |
Q: Do you powerwash and stain fences? A: At this time we do not offer powerwashing and staining as one of our services. We do however work closely with several companies that we can refer you to. |
Q: Do you have a special or sale on decks and fences at this time A: We are always running specials in various areas. Our sales reps are very forthright with any promotions that we have and will let you know what is available. |
Q: How does your 24 months same as cash work? A: Based on credit approval, you will have an opportunity to pay the balance you wish to finance over 24 months interest free. There is a minimum monthly payment due every month until the loan is satisfied or paid in full. There is not a penalty for early payoff. First payment is due 30 days from completion of the project. Ask your sales rep for more details. |
